Remodels can often be stressful! We handle the design, install and everything in between so you can relax!
Our Process
1. Schedule an in-home consultation. We charge a $250 fee which is applied to your cabinet order. During your consultation we will take photos of your current kitchen and/or bathroom, as well as take measurements. This will also give us a chance to talk with you about your time frame, budget, and most of all,
your vision.
2. Once we have completed the design, we send it via email with color renderings of your new kitchen along with the proposal for your review and comments.
3. If you like what was designed. We schedule a meeting at our showroom and work together on the layout. We review each cabinet down to every detail and customization. During this time we will make any changes you might have. We will also discuss your appliances, countertops, and flooring options. We have programs that will give you an idea of what your cabinets will look like against certain appliances, flooring, etc. (This is a one-time design appointment offered with your cabinet purchase. Any additional design time and/or appointments are available at an hourly rate of $50/hr.)
*If you are working with a contractor or building a new home, we will get in touch with your contractor to go over the details of your kitchen and communicate scheduling, etc.
4. Once everything is reviewed and looks good, we place the order for your cabinets. They typically take anywhere from 4-8 weeks to arrive. We then notify you within 10 days of the expected delivery day.
5. We schedule the demolition of your old kitchen and the date of your install for your new cabinets accordingly.
6. Our portion of the cabinet install takes anywhere from 1-3 days. Then your countertops get measured and ordered, which takes approximately 7-10 days from template to install. If you are getting new floors, they would be installed during this time. All in all, we like to say the downtime for your kitchen is approximately 3-4 weeks.
7. Countertops arrive, they are installed, and we call for plumbing and appliance connection.
8. Congrats! You've got yourself a brand new kitchen.
